i'll fender your bender
i got into my first car accident!!! so i was pulling out of the giant parking lot on 197 (the grocery store, not just a really big parking lot) and there was a line of cars waiting at the red light so this car stopped and left a gap so i could get out. cuz, you know, you're sposed to do that. so as i'm making my left turn, a truck hits my back door on the drivers side. see, he tried to stop when he saw the car stopped in front of him but hydroplaned and swerved into the chicken lane (which i just happened to be in) and we hit. it sucked dudes. then i had to wait outside in the POURING down rain for like 20 minutes exchaning information. my back door is dented up something aweful. but no one got hurt or anything so i guess its all gravy. i was late to work because of the crash (i was on my way to work at the time) and because i had to go home and change seeing as how my clothes were completely drenched. now i think i'm coming down with a cold. yep. gotta love wednesdays.
